Pastor Emeritus
Fr. Paul was appointed as rector of St. Vladimir's in 1949. Under his leadership, the parish life bloomed and many historical projects were completed, including a major church expansion in 1951 and completion of Byzantine icongraphry through the church in 1954. In 2002, he was granted retirement and attached as Pastor Emeritus and has continued to faithfully celebrated the Liturgy ever since!
